ARA TechBis Sdn Bhd was established in November 2001 and is a fully Malaysian-owned company registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia with Bumiputra Status and PETRONAS and has ISO 9001:2015 as well as a CIDB G7 certification. Our company has been quite illustrious in bringing out very successful smart partnerships from across the globe to provide cost effective solutions and at the same time ensure the transfer of technology to develop local ingenuity. In heeding the Malaysian government’s call to industry players to increase mechanisation and automation to enhance productivity in line with Industry 4.0, ARA TechBis, as a leading IT company in Malaysia is doing its part in accelerating technology adoption by industry in our country. Through smart partnerships, we have built a strong team that is able to support the nation on key Industry 4.0 technology enablers like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IOT), Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Business intelligence (BI) as well as Facial Recognition (FR) technology.

Healthcare Solutions
In association with our technology partner, ARA TechBis became the first company in Malaysia to provide an RFID Mother-Infant Protection System, a system that helps prevent infant mismatch and infant abduction. The solution was implemented back in the year 2010 alongside with another Malaysia’s first i.e. RFID hospital asset tracking and management system. The implementation was very successful and thus had gained high publicity during that time. Besides the local media, the success was also featured in BBC news. This solution has since gained traction and has been implemented in various other hospitals in Malaysia and in the region. More recently, ARA TechBis has solidified its position as a healthcare solution provider through its partnership with Medisys Innovation Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based leading specialist solution provider for hospitals and clinics. Through this new partnership, we have added Total Hospital Information System into our product portfolio.

Oil & Gas Solutions (Retail Fuel Automation Solutions)
ARA TechBis has been heavily involved in the fuel automation business since 2013 and is the exclusive partner for many world-renowned fuel automation brands including RPS, the world leader in Fuel Management System (FMS). We are the exclusive partner for RPS in Malaysia. RPS solution has been deployed in over 3,000,000 vehicles, 30,000 fleets and 10,000 fuel stations around the world. This solution is currently managing over 7,000 fuel stations and more than 40,000 fuel tanks belonging to various oil companies in Turkey.

Advertising Concession Management
ARA TechBis ventured into the advertising business in 2009 when it became the exclusive advertising concessionaire of Penang International Airport. We managed to add Langkawi International Airport into our list of managed concessions in 2011. We expanded our portfolio in 2019 when we added the exclusive advertising concession of Penang Sentral into our list.
